Glamsterdam CL EIPs =================== This document begins by endorsing https://pureth.guide/glamsterdam/#consensus and in particular EIP-7688 and will therefore address remaining proposed Glamsterdam CL EIPs. Nimbus supports EIP-8045 plugs a hole in the protocol which currently can generate guaranteed-miss slots, at low complexity. Nimbus supports EIP-8071, which prevents preferential availability of fast exits to large entities and stakers with access to their stakes. Nimbus supports, if there's a willingness to extend the overall Glamsterdam development and testing time, EIP-7805. FOCIL is important for Ethereum's future, but adds significant complexity, including an entire new separate network sidecar. An ePBS and FOCIL fork would add two new such sidecars at once, requiring extensive testing of the combination specifically. Nimbus does not support EIP-8061, which approximately halves the weak subjectivity period as currently specified, which should be driven rather by what a safe weak subjectivity period should be, then design parameters around that. Nimbus does not support EIP-8062, which adds slight, but real, complexity to the state transition without evidence it will achieve its stated goals.
